curl 'https://api.akua.dev/v1/listings ?kind=server &limit=3' Asking the index…
The same index for scripts and agents: every dedicated server the providers list, with benchmark scores, prices and value ratios, filtered and ranked in one call.

Public, no key, cached for five minutes. Answers JSON in the shape below, ranked and paged the way the index pages rank them.

All optional. Bounds are inclusive; a server whose figure is unknown does not pass a bound on it.
| Parameter | Type | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
kind | software | server | Only listings of this kind. Leave it out for both: software first, then servers. The bounds below apply to server listings. |
q | string | Free text across names, CPU models and tags. |
category | string | Software only: a category id from GET /v1/listing_categories. |
publisher | string | Software only: a publisher id from GET /v1/publishers. |
currency | EUR | USD | Currency every price and ratio is given in. Default EUR. |
sale | auction | standard | Only auction servers, or only catalogue products. |
country | string | ISO 3166-1 country code, lower case. |
datacenter | string | Site code prefix, such as FSN1, NBG1 or HEL1. |
min_cores | integer | At least this many CPU cores. |
min_threads | integer | At least this many CPU threads. |
min_memory_gb | number | At least this much memory, in GB. |
min_storage_gb | number | At least this much storage in total, in GB. |
min_cpu_score | number | At least this multi-thread CPU score. |
max_monthly_price | number | At most this monthly price, before VAT. |
ecc | boolean | true for ECC memory only, false for non-ECC only. |
nvme | boolean | true for servers with at least one NVMe drive. |
order_by | value | single_thread_value | price | -price | cpu_score | price_per_gb_memory | price_per_tb_storage | newest | Ranking. Default value: CPU score per unit of price, best first. newest: the auction servers put up last first (card.newest), standard products after. |
role | storage | backup | database | cache | virtualization | allround | kubernetes | compute | ci | web | analytics | game | Ranks by the rating in this role, best first, and replaces order_by. GET /v1/listing_roles lists the roles and what each rating weighs. |
rarity | rare | unique | Auction servers that are hard to get: unique when no other listing has the same CPU, rare when few do or a rating stands out. |
distinct_cpu | boolean | true for one listing per CPU model, the best ranked one, so a page shows variety. |
limit | integer 1–100 | Listings per page. Default 50. |
cursor | string | next_cursor from the previous page; has_more says whether there is one. |
idsalecpumemory, storage, networklocationpriceauctionvalueorder_urlGive an agent the endpoint and the parameters above, and it can find a server for a workload: "at least 16 cores and 128 GB in Germany, under 100 a month, best value first". Ordering stays with you: every listing links to the provider, and Akua never orders without your say.
No. GET https://api.akua.dev/v1/listings is public and answers without a key. Answers are cached for five minutes, so asking more often returns the same listings.
Hetzner today: the Server Auction and the standard dedicated server catalogue. Each listing names its provider and sale kind, so more providers join without changing the shape of an answer.
No. The API finds and ranks servers; every listing carries the provider’s own order link. Ordering stays with you and the provider.
Value is the CPU’s multi-thread benchmark score divided by the monthly price. A higher number means more processing power for each euro or dollar you pay. Memory and storage have their own rankings: sort by cheapest memory or cheapest storage to compare those.
Each CPU is matched by model name against the PassMark CPU benchmark table. When a model is not in the table, the provider’s own published benchmark is used, and when neither exists the server is listed without a score and is not ranked by value.
Prices and hardware come from the providers’ public feeds and are read again every few minutes. The page shows when the feeds behind it were last read.
